SunQuest Healthcare has been making a difference in Huron for over 40 years. As our city changes, so have the health care needs of our community. SunQuest is proud to have continually advanced itself in the industry.  Today, we continue to enhance our programs by implementing the latest quality services for a variety of health care needs.

SOCIAL SERVICES:

   Upon admission, a licensed social worker facilitates discharge planning and    
   transitions to appropriate levels of care to meet the resident’s continuum of care  
   needs. The social worker serves as an advocate for the resident and assists
   residents and family members in the areas of counseling, financial assistance,
   problem solving and referral to outside agencies.

   OTHER SERVICES:

   RESPITE CARE (24 HOURS A DAY):

• No minimum stay required, maximum of a 30 day stay
• Includes medical assistance, meals, toileting assistance, snacks, and activities

   NUTRITION AND DINING:

• Supervised menus prepared by a Registered Dietician
• Morning, afternoon, and evening snacks
• Special individualized diet programs

      ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

• Personal and linen laundry services
• Restorative and daily exercise programs
• Counseling for residents
• In-house beauty shop
